Coach SMS Terms

Coach is Anup Rao's personal SMS tutoring pilot for Anup and invited testers. The service provides AI-assisted tutoring replies and proactive learning reminders and check-ins. It is not currently open for public enrollment.

Enrollment

After an invitation, text the Coach number, +1 206 455 6858. You will receive an enrollment message with these terms and the privacy notice. Reply YES to agree to receive tutoring replies and proactive learning reminders and check-ins. An initial text alone does not enroll you. SMS consent is not a condition of a purchase.

Messages and costs

Message frequency varies with your conversations and agreed reminder schedule. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Check your carrier's plan for details.

Stopping messages and getting help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation and then no further tutoring messages or reminders. Reply HELP for support information, or email anup.rao@gmail.com. Stopping messages does not delete past chats; email Anup to request deletion.

AI responses

Anthropic's Claude receives message text and conversation history to generate responses. Coach does not separately send your name or mobile number to Claude, but information you include in your messages may reach Claude. AI-generated replies can be wrong. Check important answers and do not rely on the service for emergency, medical, legal or financial advice. Do not send sensitive personal information.

Availability

This is an experimental pilot. Replies and reminders may be delayed or unavailable. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Please read the Coach Privacy Policy alongside these terms. It explains what information is processed, which providers handle it, retention and deletion.
